Installer failed with “Flatpak not found”
The installation could not be completed because Flatpak was not found on this system. Perform the following actions to resolve the issue:
- Install Flatpak and set up the Flathub repository.
- Flatpak Setup: https://flatpak.org/setup
- Flathub Setup: https://flathub.org/setup
Installer failed with “Insufficient Disk Space”
The installation could not be completed because there is not enough available disk space. Perform the following actions to resolve the issue:
- Free up 2–3 GB of disk space
- Remove unused Flatpak runtimes

How do I uninstall GeForce NOW?
The GeForceNOWSetup application helps installing and uninstalling the GeForce NOW application. Download the latest GeForceNOWSetup application to install and uninstall GeForce NOW Application.

Why is the installation taking so long?
- The GeForce NOW application is distributed as a Flatpak and therefore requires the Flatpak runtime. The runtime is approximately 2 GB in size, so download time can vary depending on network conditions. With a good network speed (~100 Mbps), the download should typically complete within about 3 minutes. However, occasional heavy traffic on Flathub servers may impact download speeds. If the download appears stuck, wait for a few more minutes. If it still does not progress, stop the installation using ‘System Monitor’ and try again.
How do I collect logs for NVIDIA support?
GeForce NOW application logs will be available at the following locations:
- <folder where the GeForceNOWSetup application was executed>/GeForceNOWSetup.log
- ~/.var/app/com.nvidia.geforcenow/.local/state/NVIDIA/GeForceNOW/.*
- ~/.local/state/NVIDIA/GeForceNOW/.*
