Sign Up: AlloyDB Omni RPM & RPM Orchestrator (Preview)

We are launching the Preview of AlloyDB Omni RPM and  AlloyDB Omni RPM orchestrator, bringing the power of Google Cloud's AlloyDB and the database management experience to your on-premises environments running Red Hat Linux.

The AlloyDB Omni RPM is compatible with PostgreSQL 18, and includes collection of RPM bundle for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) based VM or bare metal environments, while the AlloyDB Omni Red Hat RPM orchestrator provides automation for a quick and straightforward way of deployment, fits into the framework of the automation systems such as Ansible, and delivers a user experience that mirrors the AlloyDB Omni Kubernetes operator. 

Key features of this release include flexible HA (Highly Available) deployments, robust failure handling, comprehensive security, connection pooling, cluster upgrades, observability, log management for audits, data protection (backups and restore), cluster maintenance, scaling, and fleet management.

As this release is in Preview, please use this form to request access to the AlloyDB Omni Red Hat RPM bundle. We will review requests and be in touch if the request qualifies.  Upon submission and review, we will share installation and setup instructions via the email ID that you sign up with, within 5-7 business days.  

The release is supported primarily on RHEL9 or Rocky Linux9. The features included in this launch may be changed in backward-incompatible ways. For more details, refer to the documentation.

This release is presently available as a preview, and is subject to the "Pre-GA Offerings Terms" in the General Service Terms section of the Service Specific Terms. Pre-GA features are available "as is" and might have limited support.
